HEx is pointless now we have Crossrail. Get rid of it and rejig the Crossrail timetable slightly to give semi-fast journeys to T5 and all-stations to T4. Return 4 tph paths to the Fast lines for extra resilience.

The two groups of Hex users are tourists mis sold needlessly expensive tickets and staff travelling with the company paying. I’ve often observed misselling by uniformed Hex staff (commission driven?) who never mention the Liz or tube options. And Interrail is valid on Lizzie :-)
