Talk of ticket simplification, yet they seem to be adding more variety and complexities into the mix! Another issue that adds completely is actually the amount of online retailers you can buy the tickets from and it seems to be growing. Whilst choice can sometimes be good, theres little in ir for the customer. All these brands jumping on the bandwagon selling tickets and earning commission just needs to come to a.mn end. It is costing the industry thousands in lost revenue due to the commision share. If customers are going to purchase online,they will simply do it where they know they can. A single point or currently the individual rail operators sites is all that is needed.
