New look for Virgin Trains East Coast staff

Virgin Trains has designed a new uniform for their East Coast customer services staff. 

Staff will now wear red ties and scarves to tie in with the Virgin Trains branding. The uniform has been re-designed to make VTEC staff more recognisable to travellers, and to improve overall customer experience.
