Is there a buffet car/cooked food service on this long distance service like they have on European services?

Apparently the morning service from Cardiff was a cut back class 170 today. Not a great start of the 2nd week.

I was booked to get on this service at. Tamworth on 27th Dec 2024, but along with over 70 other passengers were left on the platform due to severe overcrowding. I guarantee a trolley service wouldn’t have been able to operate. It took four Cross Country services before I could board a service on 27th
