Eurostar will run direct trains from St Pancras International to the South of France from May 1 2015, with tickets now on sale.
The cross-channel operator will run a new year-round service to Lyon, Avignon and Marseille. Tickets start at £89 return standard class and £189 in standard premier.
Journey times will be six hours to Marseille. There will be up to five trains per week.
