Bombardier Transportation CEO Laurent Troger has dismissed recent media speculation that his company and Siemens are in discussions to merge the two companies’ railway divisions, reports the IRJ.
Speaking at the UITP global summit in Montreal in May, Troger said that Bombardier’s shareholders did not “have any intention to change the structure” of the company.
