Only by engaging with Government ministers and officials can we impress on them how vital our sector is to the smooth running of a growing economy, argues FTA Chief Executive David Wells.
He says that “with Brexit little more than a year away, there has never been a more important time to firstly engage with ministers and, when necessary, hold them to account when they make decisions on issues affecting our industry.
Wells says that the FTA will continue to engage with Government regarding UK/EU trade negotiations.
