A prototype fuel cell tram powered by hydrogen was unveiled at China's CSR Sifanfg Factory in Qingdao on March 19. It can run for 100km at up to 70kph before refuelling, which takes three minutes. Water is the only exhaust emission. The three-car tram can carry 380 passengers, 60 of them seated.
