The widely-understood skills shortage in our industry looks to be replicated in the wider logistics field. FTA Chief Executive David Wells writes that “the growing scarcity of drivers has become one of the most pressing issues facing the logistics industry. Whilst there have been times in recent years when it looks like the problem has eased temporarily, the long-term trend has always been for it to increase.”
