Sorry seems to be the easiest word for some

A web designer has developed a new website to record every time a transport operator apologises. He revealed that coach operators, rail companies and airlines apologised to passengers more than 500,000 times in 2016. Leading the table was British Airways, which had said sorry over 69,000 times… followed by train operators Southern (39,000 times) and Great Western (37,000 times).
