Swiss engineering group ABB is under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office over alleged bribery and corruption, The Times reports.
The SFO investigation into the company’s UK operations centres on its past dealings with Monaco-based consultancy Unaoil.
ABB said it is co-operating fully with the SFO, over claims that improper payments were made by Unaoil to third parties.
