    Surely staffing is the key issue? "A 2023-24 passenger satisfaction survey found that 5% of travellers using Passenger Assist were unable to complete their journey because assistance did not arrive." ( the Grauniad 18/5/2024 ) Surely this is due to tight staff rostering of the TOCs, which no amount of software will change ? Current paltry ombusman £100 fines rising to where they should be at £1,200 should focus management on providing actual assistance, not 3rd party software solutions.
