Although NPR ( I hate it's bl00dy stupid name) is progressing, and very slowly the further East it goes, it is not reopening anything! As far as excalating costs, a new station in South Leeds ( that nobody I know wanted) had cost £18million....No £22.m.....no £25m when work stopped a year ago .
