DMU heading for Bo’ness after SRPS acquires ‘117’

The Glos Warks Railway has sold its three-car Class 117 DMU to the Scottish Railway Preservation Society, with the unit set to be moved to Bo’ness in the late autumn. On October 8, it stands at Broadway with a train for Cheltenham Racecourse. JACK BOSKETT.

The Scottish Railway Preservation Society (SRPS) has bought three-car Class 117 diesel multiple unit L425 from the Cotswold Diesel Railcar Group.
