Why remove FC from the Turbostars when the Voyager services are much more overcrowded? I'd have thought Voyagers were a priority for declassifying.

Only 12.3% of trains cancelled in December, now that's what I call a success !

Is XC doing anything to improve diversionary route knowledge? When the Nuneham Viaduct 'event' blocked Didcot-Oxford for weeks, XC should have diverted at last some trains via Kemble and Bromsgrove. Similarly, XC should have capability to divert via Evesham when some event blocks Wolvercot-Banbury/ Leamington for a long time. For planned work, such diversions can maintain the necessary knowledge. Shoving passengers plus bikes and luggage onto cramped buses should not be the default.
