Network Rail refuses to support three West Coast Main Line open access plans

Network Rail has officially said it is not supporting three open access proposals for the West Coast Main Line (WCML).

    Perhaps these open access operations can try again once HS2 opens.

    Why in Gods name does it take a "feasibility study", to install a whistle board!?? Surely you can do this really simply!!
