The Women in Rail Awards 2022 is now open for nominations, to showcase and reward individuals and companies for their contributions to improving equality, diversity and inclusion in the rail industry.
Nine categories (four individual and five team) are available. They include a new award for the best Training or Development Programme and the introduction of tiered Top Employer awards to reward best practice in both SME and larger companies.
A tenth category has been reserved to recognise an unsung hero, with the winner of the Adeline Ginn Women in Rail Award to be selected by an internal team, including WIR’s Board of Trustees and regional groups.
The ceremony will take place at London’s Roundhouse on May 19. For entry criteria and more information, visit the WIR website.
